We are looking for a skilled NET back end developer to join our team and contribute to the development of software using the NET framework and Optimizely Configured Commerce
As an Optimizely Configured Commerce Backend Developer at Greif you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing our ecommerce solutions using the Optimizely Commerce platform You will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and maintain a high performing scalable and secure ecommerce backend infrastructure that aligns with our business goals
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend components and integrations that support the ecommerce platform
Collaborate with frontend developers UX designers QA teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient user experiences
Customize and extend Optimizely Commerce functionality to meet the specific needs of the company and its clients
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues bugs and performance bottlenecks
Work closely with the IT team to ensure the security stability and scalability of the infrastructure
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in ecommerce and web development to recommend and implement improvements
Participate in code reviews documentation and knowledge sharing with the wider team
Monitor and analyze system performance and implement improvements as needed
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third party tools and services into the platform as needed
Optimize the Optimizely Commerce platform to improve the overall performance speed and reliability
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of NET C and ASP NET as it pertains to ecommerce development
Proficiency in database design and management SQL Server
Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript
Understanding of web security best practices
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
