We are MA-Coding, the innovative IT joint venture of MOL and AutSoft (a Zenitech company). Our primary goal is to deliver personalized solutions for every area of MOL’s business. Our software development department works for the MOL Group, using Azure Cloud solutions and building .NET applications. We are looking for a talented .NET Full Stack Engineer to join our Team of professionals.
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and related technologies.
Implement frontend features with modern frameworks (such as Angular, React Native, Blazor) and integrate them seamlessly with backend APIs.
Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and established development standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and mentor junior developers when needed.
Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality and system stability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and tools in both .NET and frontend development.
Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Ensure application security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, OWASP) are implemented.
Assist in deploying applications to staging and production environments, and support DevOps processes (CI/CD).
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and object-oriented programming principles.
Some experience with frontend development using frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, Blazor).
Experience in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design practices.
Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrating with third-party services.
Good knowledge of relational database systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS and deploying applications in cloud environments.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E automated tests.
Understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional Agile team.
Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
Awareness of application security principles and knowledge of OWASP guidelines.
A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with new technologies and industry trends.
