About the role

You’llbe part ofthe Self-Service & Support teamthatprovides Nordic customers with a modern and intuitive experience for managing theirinsurances, claims, and payments. Through our customer-focused development ofMyPages, we continuously improve the service and introduce new self-service capabilities. The team culture is relaxed and supportive, but also ambitious and driven. We work closely with both business and IT colleagues across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Latvia. You will be part of a cross-functional, highly collaborative Scrum team.

As an experiencedFullstackDeveloper, you will play a key role in building smooth, reliable,customer facingsolutions. You will workhands onwith our React and Next.js basedself serviceapplications, while also working with an established ASP.NET MVC solution thatremainsin active production, alongside its gradual transition toward newer React and Next.js based solutions hosted in Azure. You contribute to a high engineering standard by applyingwell establisheddesign and development principles, and by supporting others through collaboration and example.

What are you going to do?

• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design to implementation and improvement

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver reliable, well‑designed solutions

• Write clean, maintainable code and take joint ownership of quality and technical outcomes

• Use and explore possibilities of AIassistedand agentic software development

• Activelyparticipatein agile ceremonies and continuous improvement of ways of working

• Share knowledge, learn from others, and develop your skills as part of the wider developer community

What do we expect from you?

• Several years of hands-on experience in software development (mid-level to senior)

• Strong backend developmentexpertiseusing C# / .NET

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development in .NET

• Front-end development experience using React and TypeScript/JavaScript

• Experience working in Git-based environments, including pull requests and code reviews

• Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English to communicate with clients and colleagues from other countries

• Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Experience integrating third-party services via APIs

• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework, or familiarity with NoSQL databases

• An advantage if you have experience with modern web development frameworks and tools (ASP NET Core 8.0, MVC, RAZOR)

• Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools

• Your advantage is if you have experience with Azure Cloud and DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (e.g.Terraform, Bicep)

• Strong debugging and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to solving complex technical problems

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• A collaborative mindset and comfort working with practices such as code reviews and pair programming

• A relevantBachelor’s or Master’sdegree, or equivalent practical experience
