– .NET Developer (Remote)

Location: Bethlehem, PA (Headquarters – Lehigh Valley)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated NET Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing scalable eCommerce applications that drive business growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while leveraging your expertise in .NET technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to push your development skills to new heights and work on multiple innovative projects.

Our headquarters is located in the heart of Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem, PA While our roots are in direct marketing, we now have a strong eCommerce presence and an expanding brick-and-mortar retail footprint with three retail stores in Pennsylvania, two in Texas, and two in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical action plans and solutions.

• Write solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation.

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable web applications on the Microsoft technology stack.

• Maintain and enhance internal and external facing web applications using .NET (C#, VB).

• Support and improve existing applications for functionality, performance, and adaptability.

• Evaluate new code for scalability, reliability, performance, automation, and security.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting, including after-hours (on-call) support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems with technical solutions.

• Stay up to date with development trends, tools, and best practices.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Eager to learn and adapt to newer technologies, including non-Microsoft platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

• Strong object-oriented development background with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

• Experience across all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Team player who can also work independently as needed.

• Prior experience in eCommerce and retail industry applications is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional development experience in C# .NET

• Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL) writing queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET frameworks and related technologies:

  • Razor

  • JavaScript

  • jQuery

  • CSS

  • Bootstrap

  • MVC & design patterns

• Experience with REST and RPC APIs

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
