Are you ready to build software that directly impacts clinical environments and patient care? π§ͺβ€οΈ
Join our expert team to work on a HealthTech sector project, development of solutions for clinical data exchange and interoperability. You will apply your knowledge of NET Core to build scalable and reliable systems. You will be part of an international environment focused on quality and performance.
At ERNI, you are never just a number. Even if you work on an external project, you will feel part of the team and always supported.
How do we make this happen? π€
With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.
And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
We strongly encourage growth and continuous training. Each person has an individual development plan, mentoring, and access to internal technical communities. We aim for you to learn, experiment, and evolve within an environment where teamwork and support from more senior colleagues are key.
What you will bring π€
β’ Strong experience with C# and .NET Core (.NET 6 or higher).
β’ Experience in HL7 v2 or v3 and FHIR standards will be a plus.
β’ Experience managing APIs with API Gateway tools and security.
β’ Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.
β’ Experience working in Agile environments using Git and Jira
You will be responsible for designing and developing backend services using .NET technologies while ensuring high performance and reliability. Managing API lifecycle through gateway tools and implementing secure communication between systems. Working with healthcare interoperability standards and contributing to scalable architectures using asynchronous messaging and modern development practices.
What if the project ends?π
We work on a wide variety of projects, technologies, and sectors, allowing you to keep growing in different environments. If a project ends or you feel ready for a new challenge, we will find another one that aligns with your professional development.
