CESA Vietnam was founded in 2018. CESA started as a development center in Vietnam, and has now become a technology company of CEVA Logistics, specializing in Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET MVC, API, Azure,...), ESB platform (Webmethods, Java...), and delivers projects using Agile methodology. Main tasks and activities

  • Contribute to developing new features and screens in compliance with department best practices.
  • Ensure maintenance and management of developed solutions
  • Code unit tests and ensure required corrective actions implementation
  • Participate in daily meetings with teams based in Paris
  • Realize daily and weekly activity reporting using Group tools.

Educational background

  • Graduate in computer science

Technical skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core development.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and Web API development.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper.
  • Frontend knowledge: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Vue.js (preferred) or similar framework (1+ years).
  • Solid understanding of: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, RESTful API design.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing practices.
  • Familiarity with Git workflow, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Advantageous to have:

  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
  • Basic experience with microservices or event-driven architecture
  • Knowledge of: Redis caching, Message brokers (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ)
  • Exposure to cloud-based services, especially Azure Functions
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization
  • Understanding of performance optimization and scalability concepts

Language

Good communication in English (written and spoken)

Interview process:

  • Round 1: Technical test (30') and English interview (15')
  • Round 2: Technical interview (60-90')
