As part of QnR Group's ongoing expansion — both in Greece and internationally — we are continuously hiring across a wide range of tech roles. Successful candidates may be hired by QnR Group, or another company within the Group, depending on the role and project.

We are looking for a NET Developer to develop and maintain secure applications. The role covers the full development cycle: from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You will work with a team of engineers, product owners, and QA on features that go directly into production.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using .NET and C#.
• Translating product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Building secure and high-performing RESTful APIs.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams during all development stages.
• Writing clean, reusable, and testable code in line with coding standards and best practices.
• Participating in sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Supporting and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, deployment flows, and test automation processes.
• Contributing to technical design discussions and architecture improvements.
• Working alongside senior engineers on system design decisions and performance optimization initiatives.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development with .NET and C#.
• Strong hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and common design patterns.
• Experience maintaining backend systems and services in production environments.
• Familiarity with Docker, Azure, or another cloud platform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern software delivery practices.
• Previous involvement in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborative development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
