Job Description

For our client in the public sector, we are seeking a .NET Developer to contribute to large-scale digitalization initiatives. The role involves developing, modernizing, and integrating digital solutions that support the state's ongoing transformation projects.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with NET technologies (.NET Framework, .NET Core, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and ability to write optimized queries
  • Practical experience developing and integrating RESTful API services

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and deliver on deadlines

  • Fluency in Lithuanian is mandatory

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in digitalization or modernization projects within the public sector

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks or additional programming languages

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications for public sector projects

  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect systems and services

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern digital solutions

  • Contribute to the modernization of existing systems and development of new services

  • Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to deadlines

Work Conditions:

  • Project: Public Sector

  • Location: Remote from Lithuania (fluency in Lithuanian required)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • End Date: 2026-04-01

  • Contract Type: B2B

  • Salary: 25-30 EUR/h
