Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Cloud Modernization)

We are looking for a skilled developer with a strong background in .NET and Java to lead our application modernization efforts. You will play a key role in migrating legacy .NET applications to a modern, Java-based architecture hosted on the Azure cloud. This is a high-impact role focused on transforming our digital infrastructure for better scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Application Migration: Lead the transition of existing .NET applications to Java-based frameworks as part of a large-scale cloud modernization initiative.

Cloud Integration: Design and deploy cloud-native solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both .NET (primary) and Java (secondary).

Collaboration: Work closely with architects and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery and performance optimization during the migration lifecycle.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex integration issues between legacy systems and modern cloud environments.

Technical Requirements
Primary Expertise: Extensive experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET).

Secondary Expertise: Proven experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).

Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, or AKS).

Migration Experience: A track record of working on Application Migration projects, specifically moving from .NET environments to Java/Cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cloud Modernization strategies (Refactoring, Re-platforming).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).

Strong understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Excellent communication skills to explain technical migration paths to stakeholders.
