Territory Covers: Midlands & surrounding areas.
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to €31.5k per annum plus a performance related bonus, lunch allowance, company car & fuel card
We help brands sell more. Offering field-sales solutions for some of the biggest brands in the world; we are experts at selling in the grocery, financial services and technology industries. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll be helping global brands - such as Nestlé, PepsiCo, Unilever, Kimberly Clark, Kerry Foods and Microsoft – deliver their key sales and marketing strategies.
What you will be doing?
As a Territory Manager on our Nestlé Grocery Team, you'll take responsibility for increasing brand distribution and visibility of Nestlé products within retailers in your area. You will focus on product merchandising to actively plan, position and promote products by providing market leading strategic insight, analysis and in-store execution. You will focus on category-led selling to achieve the very best return from your customers and you will use your ability to negotiate and build solid and progressive relationships to achieve your aims in store.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in a direct sales or customer-facing role within a retail environment. A background in Field Sales or FMCG is of interest, but not essential. However, we also believe that with the right attitude you can excel in our team as we pride ourselves on training and developing our colleagues - you will have a thorough induction when you join us, giving you all the information and skills you need to do the job effectively.
Essential Requirements:
Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans). This is a field based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Overnights may be required on occasion.
