• University Degree in Economics or Law
• Experience in legal/project management/finance roles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.



You will play a crucial role within the organization, handling various key areas related to the management of distribution contracts and international compliance.


A Day in the life of the International Sales Support Specialist:
• Management of Distribution Contracts: Coordinate all activities related to the stipulation of agreements with international customers, ensuring alignment with both law and company's strategies.
• Interface with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal (sales, finance, credit, supply chain and administration) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective relationship management.
• Drafting Legal Letters: Prepare the necessary legal documents for the liberalization of international trade, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Management of Total Trend Spends Budgets: Allocate and manage budgets for each customer, working with the sales and administrative teams to ensure accurate accounting.
• Price List Management: Upload new prices or modify them based on the information shared among sales, finance, and business activation teams.
• Opening New International Customers: Coordinate the process of onboarding new clients, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.
• Compliance: Monitor and control all activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, reducing legal and operational risks.
