NeStep is a unique 12-month immersive experience at Nestlé in Switzerland for fresh graduates who want to learn fast, grow with purpose and make an impact. From day one, you spend at least half of your time owning one meaningful project, combined with structured learning and continuous mentoring.

As a NeStep talent in IT Switzerland, your mission is to support how IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks are implemented locally, ensuring secure and efficient operations. You will contribute to critical IT risk and compliance activities while collaborating with internal IT teams, stakeholders, and external auditors. This is your opportunity to learn by doing, grow with support and shape the future you envision for yourself and for the world around you.

How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep talent in IT Switzerland

  • Supporting IT compliance and cybersecurity governance by maintaining and improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • Coordinating and maintaining IT standards, policies, and governance documentation across Switzerland
  • Contributing to audit readiness by supporting internal and external audit activities and tracking remediation actions
  • Partnering with IT teams and application owners to monitor cloud governance and risk management activities
  • Analyzing risks and root causes to support remediation plans and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to reporting, dashboards, and insights using digital tools (e.g., Power BI, automation tools)
  • Building strong collaboration across stakeholders while ensuring smooth execution of governance processes in a dynamic environment

What will make you successful

  • Recent Graduate in Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science (or related fields)
  • Bringing strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex information
  • Being proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Having a genuine curiosity for cybersecurity, compliance, and digital technologies
  • Knowledge of Power Apps such a PowerBI is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition.

Eligibility criteria

  • Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months).
  • Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
