NeStep is a unique 12-month immersive experience at Nestlé in Switzerland for fresh graduates who want to learn fast, grow with purpose and make an impact. From day one, you spend at least half of your time owning one meaningful project, combined with structured learning and continuous mentoring.

As a NeStep Talent in Design Excellence at Nestlé, your mission is to help shape a clear, engaging guideline ecosystem that supports how Design Excellence is shared and applied across all our brand teams and partners. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with the Global Design team, agency partners, and NBS Design Solutions, to support the understanding of Design. This is your opportunity to make an impact while gaining hands on experience and mentorship to kick-start your career.

How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep Talent in Design Excellence

  • Support the Global Design team in creating and adapting design-related guidance and training materials, adhering to brand identity and visual guidelines used by marketing teams and agency partners.
  • Collaborating with design, marketing and agency stakeholders to bring practical design guidance to life.
  • Support in orchestrating and preparing the sharing and internal/external communication of inspiring brand identity and strategic design initiatives for our design community.
  • Adapting visual assets and guide adaptation of our internal training materials, ensuring they are visually consistent.
  • Collaborate with our design agency partner to ensure up-to date case studies and best practice are available on our internal Design Excellence platform.

What will make you successful

  • Being a recent graduate in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
  • Interest and first exposure to the fundamentals of Branding, brand Identity and Brand Design
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects is highly desirable
  • Conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, strong sense of Brand Design
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) & Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
  • High level of fluency in both spoken and written English

  • Being curious, agile, adaptable and open to feedback; fluency or strong interest in AI tools is a plus.

Eligibility criteria

  • Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months).
  • Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
