We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Nestlé Professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Nespresso coffee machines for customers. This role involves identifying the causes of machine malfunctions, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of repairs and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company standards.
• Repair of Nespresso coffee machines
• Remanufacturing of used coffee machines, thus supporting our mission to decrease our environmental footprint for a more sustainable world

A day in the life…
• Supporting the technical team in coffee assets repair daily needs.
• Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and following prescribed safety regulations.
• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detecting and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Supporting the Technical Department in improvement initiatives and projects.
• Direct Communication with Internal Partners.
• Daily cooperation with other sub-departments such as Trade Assets, Spare Parts, WH etc.
What makes you successful
• Technical school on engineering /refrigeration/air-conditioning/automation/.
• Proven experience as a technician, preferably in the coffee machine or small appliance repair industry will be considered as a plus.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication & organizational skills, ability to work autonomously, self-motivation.
• Fluency in Greek & English / PC literacy
