Responsibilities
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Analyst or Analyst to join our Energy and Natural Resources business in Madrid.
Responsibilities may include: designing and building quantitative models and applying econometric analysis to economic and financial data; collecting market, industry, company, and competitor information; reviewing, summarizing and analyzing industry trends; managing large data sets and developing code to perform complex analysis; auction design and/or simulation; the development of pricing systems for infrastructure; analysis of financial market data; creating trial exhibits; drafting memos, expert reports and presentation materials; and participating in team meetings and conference calls. This is a team-based, multi-task environment that requires precision work that is both qualitative and quantitative, often with tight deadlines.

Buscamos incorporar de forma inmediata un Associate Analyst o Analyst a tiempo completo para nuestro equipo de Energía y Recursos Naturales en Madrid. Entre sus principales responsabilidades se incluyen el diseño y desarrollo de modelos cuantitativos, la aplicación de técnicas econométricas a datos económicos y financieros, la recopilación y análisis de información sobre mercados, sectores industriales, empresas y competidores, y el análisis de las principales tendencias de la industria. Asimismo, trabajará con grandes volúmenes de datos y desarrollará código para realizar análisis complejos. También participará en el diseño de subastas y modelos de simulación, en el diseño de tarifas para infraestructuras y en el análisis de datos de mercados financieros.
Entre sus funciones también se encuentran la preparación de documentación y material de apoyo para procedimientos judiciales, la redacción de memorandos, informes periciales y presentaciones, así como la participación en reuniones de equipo y con clientes. El puesto se desarrolla en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico, en el que se combinan análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos con un elevado nivel de rigor, precisión y atención al detalle, a menudo bajo plazos exigentes.

Necesitarás
Tener un Grado y un Máster o Doctorado en Economía, Finanzas o una disciplina relacionada, con un excelente expediente académico. Aunque se valorarán especialmente perfiles con formación en microeconomía, organización industrial, econometría y finanzas, buscamos economistas con una sólida formación analítica y empírica, independientemente de su área de especialización.
