Position: Nephrology Resident

Antal International Network - IME Office is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nephrology Resident to join our team at our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia location. This is a full-time position with a 2-year contract.

As a Nephrology Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with kidney disease, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various kidney-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain medical histories
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with kidney disease
• Monitor and manage patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management and prevention
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
• Attend and actively participate in educational and training programs
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution in Nephrology
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Nephrology
• Valid medical license in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
