Hiring Package Details:
• Starting Salary: $275,000
• Sign-on Bonus: up to $10,000
• Paid Time Off: 5 weeks + 1 week around winter holidays
• Partnership (after 2 years):
◦ No buy-in practice opportunity
◦ JV partnership opportunities
Schedule/Practice Details:
• Call coverage every 4th weekend, with two physicians on call
• Weekly rotations of patient care - main office, satellite office, and hospital coverage
• 700+ ESRD patients with home penetration of 25%
• Large CKD base
• No internal medicine
• No admissions
• No procedures
• Cover 10 counties in Illinois and Wisconsin, including nine hospitals
• 19 dialysis centers, including 4 in SNFs
Ideal Candidate:
• BC/BE in nephrology
• Interested in a long-term commitment to the practice and community
• Hard-working with excellent clinical skills
• Personable, approachable, and ethical
