CHOC Specialists is a private pediatric subspecialty group with 26 pediatric subspecialties. The group practices at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) which is a premier healthcare system based in Orange County, Calif. CHOC is exclusively committed to the health and well-being of children through clinical expertise, advocacy, outreach and research that brings advanced treatment to pediatric patients.

Rady Children’s Health-Orange County and CHOC Children’s Hospital, Division of Neonatology, is seeking Board Certified/Eligible Neonatologists to join our well-established group of 70 neonatologists providing coverage at our regional 100 bed level 4 NICU at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and 13 other level 3 and level 2 NICU’s with additional locations in Southern California.

• The group also has an expanding newborn hospitalist program and is supported by advance practice providers.
• The CHOC NICU has facilities for ECMO and Cardiac Surgeries and runs busy specialized lines of neonatal services including a vibrant Small Baby Unit, a Surgical NICU, a CVNICU and a Neuro NICU.
• There is a shared Neonatology fellowship program with the University of California, Irvine, a new Neonatal Hemodynamic and Cardiovascular fellowship program and a pediatric residency program at CHOC.
• The Division supports broad research programs in both clinical and quality improvement. CHOC prides itself as being one of few children’s hospitals with a distinguished innovation center and artificial intelligence MI3 program.

Pediatric Subspecialty Faculty, Inc (PSF) is a private group with has 26 pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty divisions which provide the wide spectrum of pediatric subspecialty clinical services, from basic care to leading-edge treatment for diseases and medical conditions affecting children. Comprised of more than 350 recognized pediatric subspecialists, our physicians and advance practice providers provide expert, innovative and compassionate care for infants, children, adolescents and, in some specialties, adult patients.

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
