Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Neonatologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and specialized care for newborn infants, particularly those born prematurely or with critical health issues. Working within a multidisciplinary team in our advanced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you will ensure the highest standards of care and support for both patients and their families.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and managing medical conditions in newborns.
• Performing essential procedures and interventions to stabilize and treat critically ill infants.
• Developing individualized care plans and collaborating with healthcare team members to deliver optimal care.
• Communicating effectively with families to provide education and emotional support.
• Participating in clinical research and quality improvement projects to advance neonatal care practices.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Neonatology.
• Board certification in Neonatology.
• Active and valid medical license to practice Neonatology.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a NICU or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and proficiency in neonatal procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with critical patients.
