Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and Norman Regional Hospital Come and notice the difference working with Pediatrix!

About the Role

  • Opportunity to Provide Coverage at 2 Level III NICUs:
    • Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29
    • Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14.
    • Responsibilities include assessing critically ill neonates, attending high-risk deliveries and seeing well-newborns in collaboration with a neonatologist.
    • Robust Sub-specialty and MFM support
    • Services include HFOV and jet ventilators

  • 12-hour in-house shifts – averaging three shifts per week and every other weekend, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.

Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification with specialized ceritifcation as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
  • Minimum of a master’s degree
