Job Description

  • Communicate with drivers to relay updates, instructions, or changes
  • Enter and update data in monitoring system
  • Enter orders for daily routes
  • Maintain an accurate daily attendance roster for drivers
  • Communicate with department employees, dispatcher to needed locations to respond to routine requests or emergency situations.
  • Answer phones
  • Call customers for additional product needed prior to dispatching orders
  • Maintain assigned files and process information according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads to successfully meet deadlines
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up ability
  • Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Must have strong verbal & written communication
