About You…

Engaging & Supportive – You’ll deliver group work programmes that empower families and improve outcomes for children.
Creative & Collaborative – You’ll design and deliver activities that tackle barriers to family progression and build resilience.
Empathetic & Flexible – You’ll bring patience, understanding, and adaptability to meet the needs of families in diverse settings.

What You’ll Do…

  • Deliver group work sessions and drop-in support for children, parents, and families.
  • Develop and deliver programmes focused on health, wellbeing, parenting, and relationships.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with families and create safe spaces for learning and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding standards are upheld.
  • Work flexibly, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet family needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Level 2 qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal and group work skills.
  • Knowledge of issues affecting children and families.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety.
