This position works with the National External Diploma Program (NEDP) Lead Assessor/Advisor to ensure that the NEDP is administered according to national standards. The Advisor/Assessor serves as a facilitator of learning, as well as a liaison between the program and the student. An Advisor/Assessor needs to have faith in the adult student’s ability and must encourage the student to trust in his/her ability as a learner.
Reports to: Director I, Adult Education
Schedule: 12 hours per week
