
Applications are now open for the 2027 School Based Apprenticeship and traineeship program. Trainees will be exposed to working in a Managed ICT environment.
School Based Apprenticeship pathway
School Based Apprenticeships are open to students entering Year 12 in 2027 who have completed all Stage 1 NTCET requirements. Students will participate in the program two days per week, with one day allocated to VET study and two days continuing their school studies.
Traineeship pathway
Traineeship positions are suited to school leavers who have completed Year 12 and are available to participate on a full-time basis.
This traineeship is designed for individuals looking to start their IT career. To be eligible, applicants must be Australian residents and must not have completed a degree in Information Technology.
Commitment and training
Applicants must be willing to commit to a 12-month traineeship. The program provides paid training and practical, hands-on IT experience while working towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Information Technology. Classes will be delivered through our training partner, CDU, and attendance will be required as part of the traineeship.
