You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support from experienced professionals.

Building a business requires opportunities to connect with people.

American Senior Benefits offers access to lead resources through established relationships with organizations including:

Additional lead resources include Integrity Lead Store and our own Market Access Direct.

Leads are available; appointments are not pre-scheduled or guaranteed. Representatives are responsible for developing prospects and scheduling their own appointments.

Access to a broad selection of insurance carriers allows you to help clients explore coverage options suited to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will:
• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance and financial protection needs.
• Educate clients about available insurance products and coverage options.
• Help clients select solutions appropriate for their circumstances.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients through available leads, referrals, and community connections.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through ongoing service.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development.
• Manage your schedule, client relationships, and business activities.

Qualifications

• What You'll Need
• A Nebraska life and health insurance license or willingness to obtain the appropriate licensing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivation and a desire to develop your own business
• A commitment to serving clients with honesty and professionalism
• Reliable transportation for meeting with clients
• A willingness to participate in training and ongoing professional development
