Position Responsibilities:

LOCATION: Canada (Preferably Central Canada)
Travel: Willing to Travel Extensively within Canada

TSR – Canada Role
The Technical Sales and Channel Manager role is responsible for technical solution selling and territory growth for Carestream’s Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) portfolio across Canada using a mixed model of direct end-customer selling and channel partner development.

This position requires a high level of technical credibility and ownership across the full commercial scope. In Carestream NDT, the commercial model is intentionally lean and integrated, with sales professionals expected to manage a broad set of responsibilities spanning pipeline creation, customer education and demonstrations, installation coordination, training, and escalation support.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong bias for action, able to work independently while partnering effectively across Sales, Service, R&D, Manufacturing, and the customer.

• Ability to balance direct selling and channel enablement

Detailed description of responsibilities:

Customer-facing responsibilities (Direct selling)
• Pipeline creation and opportunity development
• Customer education and technical demonstrations
• Demo equipment logistics and asset management
• Installation coordination and operator training
• Service escalation and technical troubleshooting support
• Long-term account management and application expansion

Channel partner responsibilities
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners
• Support partner enablement through training and joint opportunity planning
• Share competitive insights and best practices
• Participate in partner meetings and training forums

Portfolio management & competitive intelligence
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of portfolio and roadmap
• Collect and communicate Voice of Customer feedback

Business results
• Measured on revenue, and margin
• Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast management

Required Skills & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales B2B environment
  • Previous experience in Sales and Channel Management is a plus
  • Strong technical solution-selling ability
  • High level of self-organization and independence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly solutiions
  • Customer Training Experience
  • High level of self‑organization, autonomy, and accountability
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive‑level presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions, cultures, and time zones

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Non‑Destructive Testing, industrial imaging, or related
  • Experience working with international markets and cross‑functional global teams is preferred
  • Strong understanding of NDT methods (radiographic testing preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital imaging technologies (CR, DR, CT)
  • Previous experience in a Non-Destructive Testing environment is a plus
  • Channel Management Skill
