Job Description

NDIS Support Coordinator (RINGWOOD)

Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of people with disabilities? Join us as an NDIS Support Coordinator and help individuals shape their own unique journey with your expertise and passion—in a hybrid position from the comfort of your own home while also visiting participants.

At Glady and Co, we’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled, but also driven by the desire to support and empower others. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating and maintaining NDIS supports, working closely with our growing, dynamic team. When we meet, it's all about celebrating the successes of our participants and sharing new ideas.

If you’ve gained knowledge from professional experience, personal life, or through supporting someone with a psycho-social disability, this role is your opportunity to apply it in a meaningful and exciting way. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of something special, as we continue to grow and evolve as a team.

Why Glady and Co?

Seven years ago, we started with a vision for change, and now we’re a thriving organization with 100+ staff across Eastern, South-Eastern & North-Eastern Melbourne, Gippsland, and Bendigo. Our Support Coordinator team has expanded quickly over the last two years, and we’re still growing! Looking for leadership opportunities? You’re in luck—our expanding Senior Coordination roles mean more room for growth within our organisation and opportunities to move through the ranks.

We offer job security, flexibility, and the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team that’s truly making a difference. You’ll receive a salary starting from $85,000 + super + Portable Long Service Leave and enjoy the benefits of flexible hours (work between 7am and 7pm), no weekend work, and the convenience of working from home. We provide all the tools you need: laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, and phone.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in Disability, particularly in the Physical & Neurological Space.
  • Knowledge of NDIS funding and processes.
  • Strong case management skills.
  • A personal vehicle (reimbursement provided for work-related kms).
  • A suitable home office setup.
  • Experience in SIL/SDA/ILO
  • Experience in Coordinating Complex and extensive Care Teams

Bonus points for:

  • Existing networks in NDIS or disability services.

The essentials:

  • Victorian Driver’s Licence & Vehicle Registration/Insurance.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Working With Children’s Check.
  • Proof of Identity & Right to Work in Australia.

What’s next? If you’re ready to join a forward-thinking, people-focused team with plenty of room for growth, we’d love to hear from you! Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

We can’t wait to meet you and start this journey together!
