NDIS Support Coordinator (RINGWOOD)

What You’ll Receive

• You’ll receive a starting salary of $88,090 (or pro-rata for part-time) + superannuation + kilometre reimbursement provided for work-related kilometres. In addition, you’ll also be entitled to 17.4% annual leave loading and portable long service leave. Enjoy the benefits of flexible hours (work between 7:00am and 7:00pm), no weekend work and the convenience of working from home.
• We provide all the tools you need: laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, and phone etc.

• Whether your experience comes from professional work, personal life, or supporting someone with a disability, you’ve developed an understanding of the NDIS and the coordination it takes to ensure the right supports are in place.
• You thrive on building relationships and navigating systems, and you’re just as comfortable working independently from home as you are meeting face-to-face with participants. You care about outcomes, not just checklists, and you're energised by the idea of being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that celebrates every win – big or small.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in disability – psychosocial, physical & neurological
• Knowledge of NDIS funding and processes
• Strong case management skills
• A personal vehicle (reimbursement provided for work-related kilometres)
• A suitable home office setup
• Strong administrative and time management skills

Bonus Points For:

• Existing networks in NDIS or disability services
• Experience in SIL/SDA/ILO
• Experience in coordinating complex care teams

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Working With Children’s Check & Police Check
• Proof of Identity & Right to Work in Australia
