Looking for leadership opportunities? You’re in luck – our expanding Senior Support Coordination roles mean more room for growth within our organisation and opportunities to move through the ranks.

About You
You’re someone who believes in people – especially in their right to choose their own path. You’re passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities to live on their terms, and you’re ready to bring that passion to a role that genuinely makes a difference.
Whether your experience comes from professional work, personal life, or supporting someone with a disability, you’ve developed an understanding of the NDIS and the coordination it takes to ensure the right supports are in place.
You thrive on building relationships and navigating systems, and you’re just as comfortable working independently from home as you are meeting face-to-face with participants. You care about outcomes, not just checklists, and you're energised by the idea of being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that celebrates every win – big or small.
You’re ready for more than just a job. You’re looking for meaningful work, with a growing organisation that values your insights, supports your development, and gives you space to shape your role. If this sounds like you, then Glady and Co would love to meet you.
