
The NDIS SIL Coordinator is responsible for overseeing high‑quality Supported Independent Living services in line with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and accreditation requirements. This role is central to supporting NDIS participants to build their capacity, coordinate supports, and achieve meaningful outcomes through personalised, culturally competent, and compliant service delivery.
The SIL Coordinator provides leadership to SIL staff, manages client plans, oversees rosters, timesheets engages with stakeholders, and ensures services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with NDIS legislation.

Salary: $78,704029 per annum (pro-rata)

Hours of work:
06:00am - 2:30pm Monday – Friday with a 1hour unpaid lunch break.
37.5hours per week | 7.5hours per day
