ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced NDIS Complex Care Coordinator to join our team.

The CASPA NDIS Complex Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering scheduled NDIS supports that focus on enhancing the independent living, social, and recreational skills of individuals with disabilities. We are seeking experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable professionals dedicated to supporting people with disabilities whose values align with ours.

In this position, you will oversee and manage NDIS accommodation, daily living, and community support programs, ensuring alignment with participant goals and NDIS plans. Provide leadership and support to Complex Disability Support Workers and Disability Support Workers, ensuring compliance with NDIS plans and CASPA policies. Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence in housing and NDIS supports. Manage rostering, facilitate onboarding tasks, and collaborate on strategic initiatives to expand and enhance CASPA's NDIS programs.

Selection Criteria:

  • Diploma in Community/Disability Services or similar, or 3 years coordinating Disability Services
  • Strong experience in coordinating NDIS Accommodation and Community services
  • Leadership skills demonstrated through positive modelling, coaching, and managing diverse teams
  • Delivery of best practices across all NDIS service areas and managing service delivery within participant budgets
  • Developing and implementing operational program policies, including effective rostering of staff and scheduling tailored activities and appointments
  • Commitment to quality customer service, collaboration with stakeholders, and excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the NDIS environment, including the price guide, claim management, funding, and reporting, as well as understanding the NDIS Quality and Safeguards framework
  • Experience in preparing and implementing NDIS Support documentation

Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types, we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business.
