统筹管理公用设施和设备以支持工厂生产和生活运作需要。
能操作包括，配电，锅炉，通风空调，空压机，集尘，发电机，消防，污水处理，废气处理，自来水供应，去离子水等系统及厂房仓库等建筑物维护；
掌握变配电设备（母线、接地变压器、并联电容、电抗器、开关柜、交流电源系统等）巡检方法，能够开展独立设备巡检工作，能通过巡检消除潜在风险，确保设备安全运行；
熟悉变配电设备倒闸操作，能正确进行变送电线路切换、开关柜操作、配电房母线停送电等操作；
熟悉消防系统并能配合消防维保供应商维持消防系统稳定运行。
掌握编制常用配电仪表、蓄电池组、箱柜等的维护计划，且能按计划执行维护任务；
负责定义设施设备备件品种、库存水平，管理维修成本和管控备件成本；
负责记录、处理、分析各系统设备故障析，执行针对根本原因的改进措施；
开发和制订区域设备和系统的操作和维护系统（自主维护和预防性维护）及标准，并开展相关技能培训，确保系统和标准的执行。
中专及以上学历，机电相关专业；
3-5年以上公用设施运行高压变配电系统维护经验，动手能力强
拥有高压电工证，锅炉和压力容器，或者消防中级证书资格证者优先；
良好的沟通能力，乐于接受挑战；
能够接受倒班。
