You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Join our Customer Transformation team inTāmaki Makaurau / Aucklandas an experiencedSenior Managerand help clients transform the way they work and engage with their customers.You’llbring your leadership and transformationexpertiseto guide talented teams, connect strategy with technology, and drive innovation, productivity, and sustainable growth.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and nCino solutions, overseeing build, DevOps, and QA to ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes. Drive release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy to support efficient and reliable deployments.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into well-architected solutions, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and governance standards.

• Establish and embed QA frameworks, including automated testing, tomaintainquality across the development lifecycle. Monitor system performance, manage defects, and continuously improve delivery processes.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Support delivery planning and prioritisation, managing risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes in fast-paced environments.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related disciplineTypically8+ years’ experience in technology delivery, withsignificant experiencein Salesforce and nCino environments

• Proventrack recordin leadership roles across build, DevOps, and QA functions

• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (business and technology)

• Experience managing teams,vendorsand offshore/onshore delivery models

• Commercial acumen, including budget management,forecastingand contributing to sales opportunities
