The NCID Data Steward is responsible for managing and maintaining the end‑to‑end Naming Convention ID (NCID) lifecycle to ensure data accuracy, consistency, traceability, and compliance with governance standards. This role supports Nestlé markets and agency partners by overseeing data validation, issue management, documentation, access control, and enablement across multiple marketing and data platforms.

A Day in the Life

  • Validate, create, maintain, and quality‑check NCID data across platforms
  • Monitor data accuracy, compliance, and periodic cleanup activities
  • Log, track, and close NCID issues, exceptions, and escalations within agreed SLAs
  • Coordinate remediation with Brand Managers and agency partners
  • Maintain NCID process documentation and compliance reports
  • Deliver training, enablement sessions, and respond to NCID‑related inquiries
  • Administer user access to NCID‑related tools and reports in line with governance rules

Qualifications / What Will Make You Successful

  • 1–2 years of experience in data management, data stewardship, operations support, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and compliance principles
  • Experience working in process‑driven or compliance‑oriented environments
  • Comfortable working with structured data, reports, trackers, and documentation
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and follow‑through
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners
  • Exposure to marketing or data platforms such as Redmill, Claravine, or similar tools is an advantage
