Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll drive communication, maintain high safety standards, and help deliver efficient, reliable linehaul operations across the network.________________________________________✅ What You’ll Be DoingEnsure coordination of trailer checks to confirm they are in safe, roadworthy condition before entering the network Maintain relationships with external partners (truck operators and subcontractors) Cascade network changes affecting Road Operations and wider business functionsMaintain strong communication with Operations Manager, Ramp, NCG, Sort, ACS, Service Quality, and QCCSupport awareness and reporting of Road Operations performance and statistics Promote open two-way communication and feedback across teamsSupport the Road Operations leadership team with daily operational updates and solutionsDrive and share best practices across Road Operations Manage onsite Linehaul 3rd Party ContractorsContribute to planning with internal departments (e.g. Facilities/Maintenance)Support training Operate GSE to support Yard and Winter Operations Build strong relationships with 3rd Party Handling/ACS to support Special Handling________________________________________⭐ What You’ll BringFull UK driving licenceLogistics and supply chain knowledgeStrong organisational and planning skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines Flexibility to support Special Handling requestsAbility to operate Yard GSE and support Winter OperationsHGV licence (desirable)DHL operational knowledge (beneficial)Proficiency in logistics systems/software (beneficial)________________________________________🗓️ Closing Date: 22nd September 2026Apply now and be part of a team that keeps the world moving. ✨______________________________________🚀 Our Recruitment ProcessWe aim to make your recruitment journey smooth, transparent, and engaging.
