At Nestlé Business Services, we are shaping the future of content creation through innovation, technology, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Content Innovation Specialist to join our Global Content Solutions team and help drive the evolution of Nestlé’s Global Content Operating Model.

In this role, you will identify, evaluate, test, and support the implementation of innovative technologies, AI solutions, automation opportunities, and new ways of working that improve content production efficiency, quality, and scalability. Acting as a key link between Content Services, IT, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, and external technology partners, you will help transform how content is produced across Nestlé globally.

A Day in the life of...

  • Identify and assess emerging technologies, AI tools, and innovation opportunities that can enhance Nestlé's content ecosystem and production processes.
  • Lead and coordinate pilot projects, defining objectives, timelines, success metrics, and recommendations for scaling successful initiatives.
  • Support the testing, configuration, implementation, and deployment of new technologies and innovation projects.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, MSE/IT, NBS IT, Procurement, Legal, and external technology partners to ensure compliance and successful project execution.
  • Support technology adoption, change management, user engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues, assess risks, and support resolution of technical and operational challenges.
  • Collect insights from production teams, account managers, librarians, and other stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Content Hub Optimization Specialist and Sub Stream Leads to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain operational documentation, including processes, training materials, service catalogues, briefs, and user requirements documentation.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay current with developments in AI, automation, content technology, and digital production.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders on innovation initiatives and outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of innovation by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and success stories across the organization.

What will make you successful

  • Experience in content production, digital content operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of content technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and digital workflows.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, content production platforms, workflow integrations, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, innovative, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and emerging technologies.
