This is where YOU fit in: the Lemoore Navy Lodge is in need of Housekeeping Lead to answer the call; a natural team player who will know when to utilize discretion relative to confidentiality, operational security, and other job duties that will ensure critical operational success on a day to day basis. You will be providing support to the housekeeping team keeping the lodges tidy for our military guests, as we work to make an impact across our Navy Lodging Locations, and support critical initiatives across Military Bases that advance how our companies serve the best customer – our Military patrons and their families. So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?
·Performs varying degrees of cleaning processes in the rooms and common areas.
·Responsible for linen for their assigned rooms.
·Completes some maintenance requests for broken, defective or items in need of replacement.
·Maintain cleanliness, inventory and organization of assigned carts
The Qualifiers:
·Previous experience in a hospitality or a similar setting is a plus but not required!
·Preferred experience performing the following: general housekeeping duties, to include: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, washing, moving items, polishing, cleaning, removal of debris/trash, transporting clean and dirty linen towels, etc.
·Leadership and training experience is a plus.
·Required to possess a valid state driver’s license.
·Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
·Be available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
