The Navigator will provide intrusive advising, onboarding, orientation, coaching, career assessment and guidance, selecting program pathways, financial literacy coaching and early alert strategies to students from application to graduation.
Bachelor’s degree and experience in Student Services programs
Bachelor’s in education, Communication or Pathways specific area; One (1) yr of experience in student services, preferably in student advising in a community college setting.
