Purpose of Role:

We are offering a twelve months leave cover Naturopathic Educator role

This role is responsible for delivering Blackmores Group’s business objectives and reinforcing the health expert positioning of the Blackmores and BioCeuticals brands through innovative, effective education and training across pharmacy customers and internal teams.

Territories covered: North Sydney, Central Coast & Newcastle with a country trip to Port Maquarie & Coffs Harbour

This role will be working in field and reports to the Pharmacy State Field Manager for NSW and has a dotted line reporting to the ANZ Pharmacy Education Manager.

What will you do?

Education Delivery

  • Conduct in-field pharmacy education and training (e.g., in-store sessions, local area events) for priority customers.
  • Deliver off-field training (e.g., webinars, banner group sessions, distributor and industry trainings, conference/event participation).
  • Facilitate internal team training during Cycle Planning days, Induction programs, and other team development sessions.

Technical Expertise

  • Provide advanced product education, including ingredient rationale and dosage justification.
  • Biochemistry, disease processes, pathology testing, and case management.
  • Off-label prescribing recommendations and contraindication awareness.
  • Competitor comparisons for key products to support sell-in and substitution strategies.

Advocacy & Influence

  • Drive product recommendation and brand advocacy through credible, engaging education.
  • Support commercial objectives by aligning training with pharmacy trade relationships.

Who are you?

  • Degree in Naturopathy with deep technical knowledge of complementary medicine.
  • Experience in retail and/or clinical practice as a Practitioner.
  • Advanced public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering training both in-person and online.
  • Commercial awareness in pharmacy and complementary medicine.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
