Job Duties Include:
A high school diploma and two (2) years of related experience in wildlife, fisheries or agricultural work; or an associate degree in the technical sciences.
Familiarity with forest management techniques, prescribed fire techniques and heavy equipment operation. Experience transporting equipment and making minor repairs. Ability to operate hand tools, shop tools, chain saw and ability to weld. Ability to work alone in remote mountainous terrain. Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and in adverse weather conditions as necessary.
