We are currently looking for a Natural Gas Supply Analyst, who will manage daily Natural Gas portfolio operations, including nominations, scheduling, physical position reporting, transportation optimization, balancing, compliance monitoring, operational data management, month-end reconciliation, issue resolution, dashboard reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

What will you do:

  • Supports the planning and execution of daily and long-term gas supply operations, ensuring security of supply, cost efficiency, operational reliability, and alignment with the company’s generation and portfolio requirements.
  • Supports the operational review and execution process for framework agreements with counterparties and TSOs, ensuring that standard contractual terms are accurately assessed, operational requirements are reflected, and agreements are effectively implemented, monitored, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
  • Updates gas management systems with accurate operational data, nominations, allocations, capacity bookings, and physical position information to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Plans and monitors LNG import operations, including contractual arrangements, cargo scheduling, discharge planning, capacity and regasification reservations, storage management and payment coordination.
  • Provides essential operational data and participates in natural gas accounting, budgeting, forecasting, information management, reconciliation, and reporting activities. Acts as a key point of contact for issue resolution with internal stakeholders, TSOs, counterparties, suppliers, customers, and service providers.
  • Monitors legislative, regulatory, tariff, and industry developments affecting gas supply, transportation, LNG operations, balancing, capacity, and cost structures, and proposes operational or contractual adjustments where required.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and recommendations for management, providing clear insights on gas operations, portfolio performance, market developments, operational risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manages registrations with TSOs, applies for trading and supply licenses, and ensures ongoing compliance with regulatory reporting obligations across each relevant country.
  • Responsible for retail gas demand forecasting and balancing optimization, ensuring accurate volume planning, efficient portfolio management, and minimization of imbalance exposure and related costs.

What you need to be successful:

  • A BSc in Engineering or Economics field
  • A MSc in Economics, Finance, Business or MBA will be considered as a plus.
  • 0-3 years of working experience in similar position in relevant sector/area.
  • Experience in natural gas markets operation & Contract administration skills.
  • Experience with ETRM system would be a considerable plus.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet strict time sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet strict, time-sensitive operational, regulatory, and market deadlines.
  • Relevant industry experience with knowledge of commercial and operational matters.
