A performance-driven marketing company specializing in delivering high-quality customer acquisition and measurable results for global clients is seeking a highly driven and strategic Native/Facebook Team Leader to lead and scale the company's Native/Facebook Performance Marketing activity within the Forex/CFD vertical.

This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Native/Meta advertising platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience managing large-scale budgets. Beyond execution, the ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, the ability to define and execute long-term strategy, and a vision for building a high-performing team.
You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leading both local and remote team members, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
● Lead, mentor, and scale a team of media buyers and campaign managers
● Own hiring, onboarding, and continuous professional development
● Foster a high-performance, accountable, and motivated team culture

Budget & Performance Management
● Manage and optimize monthly budgets of $500k+
● Drive profitability (ROI) while maintaining high-quality performance metrics (CPA, CR, Player Value)
● Test, analyze, and improve campaign performance

Strategy & Vision
● Define and execute a long-term marketing strategy aligned with company goals
● Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
● Translate data into actionable strategic decisions

Technical Operations (End-to-End Ownership)
● Oversee full campaign infrastructure, including tracking systems and pixel implementation
● Ensure accuracy, reliability, and real-time troubleshooting of technical setups

Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Creative, Sales, and Senior Management teams
● Align campaign strategies with broader business objectives

Reporting & Business Insights
● Design and deliver in-depth performance reports
● Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
● Build scalable reporting frameworks to support decision-making

Requirements
● 3+ years of proven experience in the Forex/CFD industry
● 3+ years of hands-on experience with Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
● Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $500K+
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to build, interpret, and act on complex data reports
● Deep understanding of tracking systems, pixel implementation, and technical troubleshooting
