Job Title: Sales Executive

About Us:
Our company operates an apparel business with a focus on the Asian market. To strengthen our sales division, we are currently seeking a new, motivated individual to join our team. Based in Hong Kong, this role involves deepening relationships with existing clients and developing new markets through business travel across Southeast Asia. We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is eager to take on this challenge.

• Manage all sales activities within the assigned region to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and by understanding their needs.
• Develop new business by identifying potential clients, setting up appointments, and conducting sales negotiations.
• Travel to Southeast Asian countries for client visits, market research, and to explore new business opportunities.
• Present product proposals, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and handle contract procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production management, logistics) to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Native Japanese speaker or hold JLPT N1 or above.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the apparel industry.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations in Asia.
• Candidates requiring work visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to HKD 35,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
• Double Pay (13th-month bonus).
• Performance-based bonus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:45.

職務内容：

• 担当地域における売上目標達成に向けた営業活動全般
• 既存顧客との関係維持および深耕（定期的なコミュニケーション、ニーズのヒアリング）
• 新規顧客の開拓、アポイントメント設定、商談
• 東南アジア諸国への出張を通じた顧客訪問、市場調査、新規ビジネス機会の模索
• 顧客への製品提案、見積書作成、価格交渉、契約手続き
• 社内関連部署（生産管理、物流等）との連携、受発注管理、納期調整
• 定期的な営業報告書の作成とレポート

応募資格：

• 日本語を母国語とする方
• ビジネス程度の英語力
• アパレル業界での営業経験3年以上
• アジア各地への出張が可能な方
• 就労ビザのサポー可能
