クライアントは、香港、中国、および東南アジアの日系企業向けにERPシステム（会計・販売・生産管理）を中心としたIT/DXソリューションを提供している大手プロバイダーです。現在、ブラウザ対応の新製品ERPの展開に注力しており、単なるシステムの販売に留まらず、サイバーセキュリティ対策や業務改善（BPR）を含む包括的なコンサルティング提案を行っています。

Job Responsibilities

• 在顧客へのアプローチとニーズの掘り起こしを行います。
• 担当の企業と定期的なコミュニケーションを図り、更なる業務改善の提案や信頼関係の構築を担います。
• エンジニアや上司と連携し、顧客ニーズに沿った提案書の作成、プレゼンテーション、契約締結までをリードします。
• 技術チームと協力し、新規導入だけでなく既存顧客の保守サポートやアフターフォローを円滑に進めます。
• 常に期限を意識し、自律的にスケジュールを管理しながら職務を遂行します。

Requirements

• 母国語程度の日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語。
• 顧客の課題を自分事として捉え、解決に向けて自発的に行動できる方。
• ITに関する基礎知識（PC、サーバー、ネットワーク等）および基本的な会計知識。
• 人間性（素直さ・向上心・協調性）を重視し、他部署のメンバーと協力して物事に当たれる方。
• 香港で長期的にキャリアを築きたいという意欲のある方。

• ビジネスレベルの中国語または広東語ができる方歓迎。
  
• ERP関連の知識、コンサル経験、または日系企業向け営業経験のある方歓迎。
  
• 商社、メーカー、工場での実務経験（特にシステム化に関わった経験）がある方歓迎。
  
• 日系企業向け・テレアポ経験者、Webマーケティング、または生成AIスキルのある方歓迎。

About the Job

Our client is a leading IT/DX solution provider specializing in ERP systems (Accounting, Sales, and Production Management) for Japanese corporations across Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia. Currently, they are focusing on the rollout of a new browser-based ERP product. Their services go beyond simple system sales, offering comprehensive consulting proposals that include cybersecurity measures and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).

Job Responsibilities

Approach existing clients and identify new business needs.
Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts to build strong relationships and propose further operational improvements.
Lead the process from proposal preparation and presentations to contract negotiation, in collaboration with engineers and management.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation, as well as ongoing maintenance and after-sales support for existing clients.
Manage schedules independently and execute tasks with a strong awareness of deadlines.

Requirements

Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
Ability to take ownership of client challenges and act proactively toward finding solutions.
Basic knowledge of IT (PCs, servers, networks, etc.) and fundamental accounting principles.
Strong interpersonal skills (honesty, ambition, and cooperativeness) with the ability to work effectively in a team across departments.
Strong desire to build a long-term career in Hong Kong.
Business-level Mandarin or Cantonese is highly welcomed.
Knowledge of ERP, consulting experience, or sales experience targeting Japanese companies is a plus.
Practical experience in trading firms, manufacturers, or factories (especially involvement in system implementation) is preferred.
Experience in sales to Japanese companies, telemarketing, web marketing, or Generative AI skills is an advantage.
