職務内容

• 多様な顧客層に対し自社製品を積極的に提案し、売上目標を達成または上回ること。
• 既存顧客の維持および新規ビジネスチャンスの特定に向けた、戦略的な事業計画の実行。
• 定期的な顧客訪問を通じて長期的な関係を構築し、顧客固有のニーズを深く理解すること。
• 高品質なアフターサービスを提供し、顧客からの苦情等をプロフェッショナルに解決すること。
• 顧客満足度を最大化するため、営業チーム全体をサポートすること。
• 日々の営業活動を管理し、企業目標達成のために正確な記録を維持すること。
• 販売および財務データを用いた定期的なレビューや報告書の作成。
• 市場のフィードバック収集や競合他社の動向把握を行い、マーケティング戦略の修正を支援すること。
• 受注処理、データ入力、代金回収を含む営業事務作業の遂行。
• その他、経営陣から割り当てられるアドホック（随時）な業務への対応。

応募資格

• 必要に応じて シフト制での勤務が可能な方（1日8時間勤務）。
• 専門学校・短期大学卒業以上の学歴。
• 3年以上の営業経験（ 日本の食品業界での経験があれば尚可）。
• 高いコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、および関係構築スキル。
• 顧客のニーズに合わせたプロフェッショナルなプレゼンテーション資料の作成および実施能力。
• MS Officeに精通しており、社内システムへのデータ入力に抵抗がないこと。
• 英語および中国語において、優れた読み書き・会話能力をお持ちの方。
• 日本語がネイティブレベルであること（必須）。

Job Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting company products to a diverse customer base.
• Implement strategic business plans to retain existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular client visits to build long-lasting relationships and deeply understand their specific needs.
• Provide high-quality after-sales service and professionally resolve any customer complaints.
• Support the wider sales team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily sales activities and maintain accurate records to achieve corporate objectives.
• Prepare frequent reviews and reports utilizing sales and financial data.
• Gather market feedback and monitor competitor activities to help modify marketing strategies.
• Handle administrative sales tasks including order processing, data entry, and payment collection.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to work in shifts as required. (8 hours per day)
• Tertiary education or above.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (experience within the Japanese food industry is highly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create and deliver professional presentations tailored to client needs.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with internal system data entry.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Native level in Japanese speaking is a MUST
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
