Job Title: Consultant (Native Japanese speaking)

Salary : HKD 25K up

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui





• Manage the operation of the company.
• Expand client bases and improve the company's profit.
• Provide professional advice to clients, including but not limited to accounting, projects, taxation, and daily operations.
• Analyze the market of Hong Kong and nearby countries.
• Report and submit business plans to the Board of Directors about the business situation.
• Execute guidelines as directed by the Board.

Language Skills:

• English: Business level (for client visits, phone calls, translations, etc.).
• Cantonese: Not mandatory, but conversational level is preferred.
• Japanese: Native level.

Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of basic accounting rules equivalent to Japan's Bookkeeping Level 2.
• Preferably with experience in accounting consultancy, but candidates with experience in corporate accounting or finance are also welcome.

• Detail-oriented and capable of performing tasks accurately and promptly.
• Seeking a long-term, stable career with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree (visa support available if needed).

仕事内容:

• 会社の運営管理
• クライアントベースの拡大と会社の利益向上( 銀行訪問、お客様からご依頼があった際の個別訪問、セミナー、研修ご参加後のご挨拶など、営業内容は多岐にわたります）
• クライアントに対する専門的なアドバイスの提供（会計、プロジェクト、税務、日常業務など）
• 香港および近隣諸国の市場分析
• 事業状況に関するビジネスプランの取締役会への報告および提出
• 取締役会の指示に従ったガイドラインの実行

語学力:

• 英語: ビジネスレベル（来客対応、電話、翻訳など）
• 広東語: 必須ではないが、日常会話レベルが望ましい
• 日本語: ネイティブレベル

スキル・経験:

• 日本の簿記2級相当の基本的な会計ルールの理解
• 会計コンサルタント業務の経験がある方が望ましいが、企業での経理経験や財務経験がある方も可

• 細かい管理業務を正確かつ迅速に遂行できる方
• 長期的で安定したキャリアを求め、責任感がある方
• 最終学歴: 大卒以上（ビザサポートが必要な場合）
