This role is ideal for someone who has built their career creating exceptional customer or employee experiences and is ready to step into a national leadership role with the stability of a Monday to Friday corporate environment.

  • Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback.
  • Support workplace projects, office improvements and business change initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and workplace operations.
  • Work closely with the National Administration Manager to ensure seamless support across both functions.
  • Celebrate success by promoting employee achievements, project milestones and office initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence, hospitality and continuous improvement.

About You

You're passionate about creating great experiences and helping others succeed.

You may have built your career in hospitality, hotels, premium customer service, workplace experience, facilities, events, aviation, corporate concierge or another service-focused industry and are looking for an opportunity to apply those skills in a leadership role.

You'll also bring:

  • A passion for customer service and creating engaging experiences.
  • The ability to influence, build trust and work collaboratively across multiple offices.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience leading workplace experience, hospitality or customer service functions across multiple locations will be highly regarded.

Why ACOR?

  • Lead and shape a newly established national Workplace Experience function.
  • Build a culture centred on hospitality, service and employee experience.
  • Monday to Friday office hours with no shift work.
  • Opportunity to influence leaders and make a visible impact across the business.
  • Join a collaborative, values-driven organisation with genuine career development opportunities.
  • 100% employee-owned company with pathways to ownership.
  • $100-$120K

If you're someone who believes great workplaces don't happen by chance and enjoys helping people thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
