About the role
We are seeking a high performing National Used Vehicle Manager to lead and grow our Used Vehicles business. This senior leadership role is responsible for setting strategy, driving commercial performance and positioning used vehicles as a premium product, delivering strong profitability and exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Used Vehicle strategy aligned to organisational objectives
  • Set and deliver sales targets, sourcing strategies and residual value frameworks in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Lead, coach and motivate the Used Vehicle team, setting KPIs and driving performance through regular follow up and feedback
  • Establish and maintain structured sales processes, policies and operating standards to ensure consistent, high quality delivery
  • Collaborate cross functionally to deliver integrated, customer centric solutions
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity, identifying opportunities and responding proactively

About You
You are a commercially astute leader with proven experience in used vehicles, automotive or heavy vehicle sales. You are confident setting strategy, leading people and converting plans into measurable commercial results.
You will bring:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and hold teams accountable
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a results driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across customers, dealers and internal teams
  • A proactive, innovative approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement and digitalisation
  • Strong judgement, problem solving capability and customer understanding

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience in a similar senior commercial or managerial role
  • Demonstrated people leadership and team development capability
