Lead nationwide transportation operations across Thailand within a leading logistics organization. Drive operational excellence, fleet performance, network optimization, and service reliability while managing both owned fleets and transportation partners to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transportation operations across nationwide distribution networks.
• Oversee fleet performance, route optimization, resource allocation, and delivery execution.
• Lead transportation partners and subcontractors to ensure service quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Drive KPI achievement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage transportation budgets, operational performance, and network optimization projects.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Provide leadership to transportation teams and foster a high-performance culture.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of transportation and logistics management experience, preferably within 3PL or large-scale logistics operations.
• Strong expertise in transportation management, fleet operations, nationwide distribution, and logistics performance improvement.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and transportation networks.
  
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and business acumen skills.
• Experience in KPI management, transportation optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
