We are seeking a results-driven National Trainer to support the development and delivery of product, service, and sales training programs for the North American Aftermarket. This role assists with training coordination, content development, and program execution to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support delivery of product, service, and sales training across the North American Aftermarket.
• Coordinate field training activities in the U.S. and collaborate with global training teams.
• Assist in managing training materials, digital content, and external training resources.
• Help organize and schedule training programs, ensuring alignment and avoiding duplication across regions.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of training content, including digital and hands-on formats.
• Support the expansion of online training tools and learning platforms.
• Assist with responding to training requests and prioritizing them based on business needs.
• Participate in delivering product training sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Help maintain documentation of training procedures, materials, and best practices.
• Track and report on training participation and effectiveness metrics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to support training delivery for both small and large groups.
• Advanced technical aptitude

• Willingness to travel (approximately 50–70%).
